  • I'm gonna massively contribute to this discussion by saying that it's "affected" instead of "effected" :D

    And some text to spare anyone the need to look up the difference:

    • affected - meaning that something was influenced or changed (e.g. the lyrics affected him)
    • effected - meaning that something was brought about or facilitated (e.g. she effected the proposed changes)

    And a mnemonic I stumbled across while looking up the exact difference:
    "Affect is an Action. Effect is an End Result."

    Well, and thus a few minutes of my nightly time go by. Hm.

  • A man in a dimly lit room sits on the corner of a desk, speaking to the camera in a slow manner
    "Do you think this story is true, or do you think that our writers just made it all up? Let's take a look at our next story first."

    Kinda reminds me of this mystery show I can't recall the name of :))
    I'd love to see a book or even just a "small" web series though. You probably amassed quite some experience on how to write characters to make them feel close to reality.
