According to Crime Junkies Podcast, persistent stalking usually lead to violence or worse. Not to scare you but just expressing the gravity of the situation, as you already know. If police aren’t doing their job after multiple police reports, take it to your local news media and blast the police on their social media. This is force them to investigate, even if they’re pissed at you.

I’m a non traditional Muslim. Raised as a traditionally (by the book) practicing Muslim. 4 years ago changed course after traumatic events in my life.

You need to realize not everyone thinks the way you do. People have their reasoning to their believes whether you consider them good or bad, that is your view and your view alone. This is the exact reason for voting and the existence of social democracy so each individual can make their voice hurt how they choose when voting.

But, you are the one who is sounding like you are sitting on a high horse scolding at large groups of people who don’t view the situation, the politics, the world the way you do. Come down and know that this is what democracy looks like.

Aside from rhetoric, there will be no difference in the actions of the two candidates with regard to Israel.  Both will fully support Israel and supply them with the weapons and intelligence to commit genocide against Palestinians.

Having said this, you, under no obligations, have to continue to help or reconnect with him. He needs psychological help, just as you have been receiving. The US criminal justice system, does not care about your brother's mental health. We all have to face our demons to get better. There is no way around it. You have tried to help your brother, your mother may have tried to help your brother abd in return, you both now fear for your self and you family. This is you signal to step away. If you don't, it may get worse. Step way and know that you tried. Step away and disconnect for your family's sake.
