God this just unlocked a core memory for me but I don't remember the name of the game, it was a hockey game maybe on Atari or PC where you could fight 1v1, you'd push the other guy around and eventually it would zoom in on you two and you'd both throw your gloves on the ground and punch on

There have been a dozen or so advisory bodies since the 60s and most of the time they're been disassembled when the following party gains controll of parliament. The only thing that would have changed would be to protect the body from being dissolved without another referendum, that's it... All these people that have a problem with the voice probably have nfi these bodies already exist and have never been concerned with any recommendations they've made.

I actually don't know, I work in the industry but in containerised freight not bulk. Last I looked something like 60% of bulk carriers fly Chinese flags but that could be anything like coal or ore etc not specificly grain. I'd be amazed if every bulk carrier in the region was flying Ukrainian flags unless the main shipping lines won't service Ukraine and they're all state owned vessels

Everytime they hit a vessel that's flying a flag other than Ukrainian or Russian aren't they commit an act of war against that nation?

The ToS can't take precedence over local consumer laws. That doesn't change the fact in most cases you only own a licence to access the game not the game itself

Also OP would have accepted tos which no doubt set out you don't own the game only a licence to access the game, once it moved off their platform they offered a refund... Shit yes but it's what everyone signed up for when they kept paying steam
