Brown recluses and black widows are instant squish (both are prevalent here). I didn't even know about yellow sac spiders (we apparently have those too) but they look close enough to brown recluses that they are fortunately/unfortunately going to meet the same fate.
I'm disappointed that I don't have many orb weavers this year.
Edit: Big black widow I found at work a couple weeks ago (where I was sticking my hands).
Wasn't there a Sriracha shortage this time last year too? Because I bought a bunch of it and then realized the post-underwood Sriracha was not the same. It's too sweet now with not enough heat.
I've been chasing small leaks and it running when it wasn't supposed to for a couple years now. I eventually bought the above kit and I wish I would have done that from the beginning. It replaces everything that leaks (except for the wax ring), was easy to install with good instructions, and came with all the needed tools. Now no more leaks, uses less water while still flushing as good, and is quieter overall. I also replaced the water line from the valve to the tank at the same time, That was another $4.
They do have a free plan. But would you trust any privacy service that didn't charge? Server time isn't free, so they are monetizing you somehow if they aren't charging you.
It's probably wishful thinking, but I could see this possibly curbing some of the entitlement people can get when using a tip-based service. And that makes for a better work environment.
I want a hive but it's currently not feasible. So in it's place, I've made my yard as bee friendly as I can by replacing most of the grass with clover and planting lots of native wildflowers and other pollinator friendly plants. I love my yard bees, there's lots. Also seeing more fireflys this year than in the past several.
