  • back from beach, it was cold, I should have had a scarf and gloves

my little local beach was very changed, the recent strong winds and high tides tore up most of the big vegetation/bushes and washed them inland, sand was pushed into the grasslands ,

some local roads were covered in sand and small stones

I saw a big spiral shark egg

  • I'm off to the beach to check what the tides did. I'll take pics. 😊

  • this is awesome

It's always so good when you get support for life plans.

  • I could tell because I went straight from summer clothes to rugging up like an Eskimo.

  • The high tide yesterday was interesting.

Coming into Flinders street station thru Spencer street I could see the Yarra was really high

Coming home in the afternoon and entering Seaholme I could see the rivers and marshes were flooded, close to home all the streets except in my little area were underwater.

The water has receded now .

Maybe I should have taken pics. Next time.

  • aww, Ted's such a cutie, he won't start his brekkie until he's had lots of pats.

  • damn, up an hour earlier than I thought again

  • they are nice movies 😊

  • not too warm here, brr

  • it's not so much frustrating as demoralising and sad , these people are fam and supposed to be telling me I'm good and should be working toward my goals

it made me happy that miss seagoon was on my side and showed I was right in my feelings

    hugs

  • I watch and read a lot of essays and pods and stuff about movie and tv and one thing I notice is that writers like to effusively write about all the influences and all the references to other works, books and movies and art, in a movie or show.

I would love to sit and discuss with an average real person who doesn't make tv or movies and we can find all the artistic and literary references they have spoken or written that day in the course of their everyday life.

because art is every where and in everyone's everyday lives, they just forgot

  • sounds like your supervisor is on your side 😊

  • You are going to pass because you are intelligent , hard working and you want this.

I remember when I was at uni studying chinese language and art at night , I loved it and was working hard and doing well . Then the fam started booking fam events on the nights when I had school and would tell me to drop classes. I said no and the only one backing me up was miss seagoon who was here on holiday. I went to classes.

Why would they even do that?

  • weather took me by surprise, had the wrong coat on, no hat , no gloves, thankfully I had on a big wool scarf

shopping went well, I got some boots that are pretty roomy so should be good for hiking in nz👍

( new make up palette did not work out, the silver eyeshadow looked so shiny and bright and light, put it on and it was a dull grey that really accentuated the dark rings under my eyes 😵‍💫)

and today I saw a gentleman wearing a bowler hat and a bespoke english cut suit

  • teach them what $2 coin or bank notes look like 👍

  • off to Bogong to buy some hiking boots.

    stay warm guys😊

  • I agree. Windy weather like drives cats crazy. It's all the movement of leaves and all the odd noises.
