After seeing what isreal is doing, Hamas doesnt seem so bad. The only thing I heard about them to begin with was that they launched a supposedly unprovoked attack on isreali citizens and kidnapped several. Well, in retrospect, yeah, kinda seems jusitifed.

I don't actually support Hamas, I just don't know anything about them. But at this point I know theyre fighting isreal so that makes them at least not the worst people involved in this conflict.

Yep, them being jewish matters exactly 0. Even bringing it up is literally just an attempt to muddy the waters, and as such it's the simplest way to find out who supports genocide.

Ive been talking to a bunch of my ex friends that voted for trump. It seems the problem isnt neccassarily disinformation, the issue is that people want to be dumb. Most people CANNOT have a single conversation about politics. The lowest level of analysis hurts their brain. They just want someone to rally behind who gives me them an out group. I don't see a realistic solution to working with these people when they seem dead set against allowing the world to improve. The closest i can think is an education test to vote, but that comes with some serious issues.

Afaik back in like 2014 or smth he got really mad and said nigger on stream. When confronted he claimed that he just said the most vile thing he could thing of out of anger, and that it reflected the idea that he doesnt agree with that philosophy more than the idea that he does.

The article does not state that. It does, however, mention that AI detection tools were used, and that they failed to detect AI writing 90 something % of the time. It seems extremely likely they used ai detection software.

In the US we went common core. That means the school board decides the courses at the beginning of the year, and they set tests designed to ensure the students are learning. But there are two issues. 1. The students are not being taught. Teachers dont get paid enough to care nor provide learning materials, so they just have yhe students read the textbook and do homework until the test. This means students are not learning critical thinking or the material, they merely memorize this weeks material long enough to pass the test. 2. The tests are poorly designed. As I hinted at with point 1, the tests merely ensure that you have memorized this weeks material. They do not and are not designed to ensure that you actually learn.

These issues are by design, not by accident. Teachers pay rates have stagnated along with the rest of the working class, with the idea being to slowly give the working class less and less propetional buying power and therefore economic control. In addition, edicating your populace runs directly contradictory to what the current reigning faction wants. An educated populace is harder to lie to.

But thats what im saying. People simply dont want to organize. Americans would literally rather just lay down and die than actually fix anything. I mean a US senator literally got assassinated today and yet we are not storming the capitol right now. Anything short of putting an end to this bullshit is acceptance of it
