  • See attractive nuisance laws, if you have shit you don’t want people to use, protect it, or people can be feee to use it, or you will be held liable if someone hurts themselves if you don’t communicate otherwise.

If you don’t want it used, lock it up or put it out of site, society fixed this a long time ago, but people STILL want to be unneighborly shit heels and pretend they’re being part of the community but than cry when someone used their fucking garbage bin… give your head a shake, you’re being a hypocrite lmfao.

  • Actually, I live in a high traffic area, so I know my bin may get used, I know an apple tree could be an attractive nuisance.

Some kid climbs your Apple tree, falls, now your liable because you couldn’t be arsed to know your locality or protecting you’re own fucking shit like you’re always supposed to.

Don’t be high and mighty and miss the fucking field beside you, your own examples are prime examples AGAINST being neighborly despite your bullshit spewing:

  • It’s called an attractive nuisance and you could be liable if someone climbs the tree to get some.

Have some personal accountability for the stuff the public can access, kids aren’t always taught to know better.

  • You’re right it’s not, so when it smells bad, clean it.

Well than it’s not working, because microbial action causes the smell.

It’s a garbage can, what harm can come from someone using it? And if you don’t want it touched, put it in your backyard or lock it. Are people not free to walk up to your house and touch your doorbell?

If I had an apple tree in my front yard that’s not fenced, yes the neighborhood could freely help themselves, obviously a bike is an entirely different situation, and using it as an example is fallacious.

  • So? Are you sitting on it to read a book? The smells mostly contained with the lid closed, and unless you have it right outside the window like a moron, it doesn’t waft in the house.

You realize people keep rotten compost piles I. Their yards… yeah?

So big a deal a bin you open a few times a week stinks, why are people making such a huge deal out of this?

I would much rather they pick it up and do this than leave the turd on the grass.

Are people seriously this fucking entitled that they can’t let someone use their bin so they don’t need to carry a bag…? The hell happened with community spirit and being neighborly?

  • So? The lid is closed and keeps 99% of the smell down.

Are you sitting right next to yours while chilling or something?

I open mine maybe 3x a week to put a bag in, big whoop it stinks.

  • Vast majority of society does it, a small fraction make a big deal out of it, some do it behind closed doors, but to say society condemns it is just wrong, it’s only a small fraction of a over controlling corp jobs that disallow it. But what’s funny, those execs are all doing it themselves, maybe open the curtain and stop doing what a small portion of society has deemed “acceptable” for the rest of the world.

Some judges won’t care, others would love to swing their power around, you seem to be wanting to be crushed am quieted by those above you for no reason other than their own enjoyment of theirs hypocrisy over you.

Say darn, shoot, dick, dang to a judge and you can have similar results as fuck, so what’s your point here? What isn’t a cuss to you may be a cuss to someone else, yet you want a few people to be the judge of everything? Sure makes sense

Also, 1/6 of the world speaks English, you could use that exasperation in over 80% of society and no one would even know what you said….. I wonder if you realize how many people cuss in their own language that you don’t even realize or know about…..

  • Curtesy? Dont say dang darn or shoot, theres zero difference, but it’s okay for you to have an outburst of frustration, but not for others?

    Thats hella biased dude.

All outburst are either acceptable, or they aren’t, why are justifying one’s but disallowing someone else’s? For arbitrary reasons, when they can actually have valid reasons for their use, despite you not wanting to educate yourself.

This is more than about cussing, it’s about any inappropriate outburst, but of course people try to justify their own, while decrying others.

The one being biased and harassing someone for something they also do, would be the hr issue and the one up for layoffs dude, do you work in HR or something?

  • Than replacement words shouldn’t be acceptable either, you can either express your frustration or you can’t. A choose of word shouldn’t make a difference, it should be unprofessional to make an outburst at all if that’s the case.

  • Right before hitting begin the keyword. If you can stop before hitting yes that’s ideal, but in situations where it jumps out and you can’t react. Braking during impact is the worst thing you can do.

If you think I’m saying to line it up and accelerate for 200meters, I dont know what to say about that,

  • Conditions matter and your reaction should always be for the worst possible scenario (moose and snow), braking removes your ability to maneuver as well, and locking the brakes up which will almost always happen when you panic break, would be the worst scenario. If there’s snow or rain, braking again is right out.

If it jumps out and you can’t do anything but brake, you shouldn’t do that, you grip the wheel and maintain speed, and if you can punch the gas for the hood raise. But people panic and can’t think. So maintain speed, don’t panic and lock your brakes up.

  • As the article specifies, the save was to help with an issue, it wasn’t “personal assistance” it just helped the person as well.

The good news is that Griffiths managed to save the player's, uh, save. In a further update, he posts a video of the game running flicker-free in the same area on the same save. Per Griffiths, the problem was a "general engine bug/limit being reached," which means that his fix will "probably help other large bases that had this issue on Xbox."

Read. The. Damn. Article. Instead oof a single tweet taken out of context.

The devs posting to social media is for clout and viral marketing. Why else would they post about it their own bug fix…?

So where is the save being sent back for an engine issue….? This specific fix had nothing to do with fixing a specific save issue, they got sent a save that HAD the issue, and used that to fix a generic issue. Why is everyone going on about this being a save fix?
