I don't mean you have to buy Huawei products. I just mean I liked how the OS looks. I haven't even tried it and probably will never. For me customization is very important, I just love to change my phones layout colors and homscreen every now and then and just mess with how the phone's esthetic can change. That's what I meant about the launchers and widgets, it's just something I love.
I obviously won't buy a phone just because it's very customizable. But when picking something like a OS or ROM it's certainly a point to consider for me at least.
Chinese spyware? Certainly didn't know that... I that the reason they were banned from US?
Apart from that, I just don't really want to free myself from Google, Microsoft etc.
I still depend a lot on their software and products, and privacy to that extent, while it's certainly not good, I personally don't mind it.
I respect that some people are more careful about their privacy, that's how it SHOULD be for everyone. Unfortunately I still need and want to use their products, so I find it obvious they want something in return. The worst it can do to you is show you personalized ads... Or at least I think so.
Well, yes, I have never tried any Huawei phones myself. So I don't have an opinion on how their phones are. But this OS really seemed cool to me when I saw it. Idk how much time has it been active, maybe I'm a bit late?
Yeah you're right. I can see and I respect people's reasons for not wanting to use windows / Microsoft products.
I just wanted to point out this as I think many people still consider edge as a bad browser. At least in my experience it works really well and I personally like the style it has and overall the "windows 11 aesthetic" Microsoft is choosing for their products.
Maybe you're right. I've been looking for the location of their servers and I can't find anything. Why does it matter? Just to know, so I can avoid sketchy sites. Also, I just though it is safe as it is recommended on fmhy. So I think I will try it some time.
Also, do you know any alternatives? I just want something similar to a seeebox but free. I am too cheap, I know.
As I said in the other comment. My theory is that the servers are in a place where they are very cheap so it is profitable to just have ads. You think something like that is possible?
I literally have no idea. Maybe their servers are on a place where it is really cheap so they can make profit with just ads? Well, it is recommended in the FMHY web so I suppose it is realiable. You can find it with even a star on it in Torrenting section --> Remote torrenting.
Well, I've actually installed it it is DEFINITELY WAY BETTER than stock. Better color processing, better shadows and overall quality is just amazing. I thi k it's due to this image processing called HDR and AWB.
UPDATE: I think the problem is related to an app I used to install mods with called Happy Mod, I just uninstalled the app just in case it might be causing problems. And it seems that when booting the apps they actually last a bit longer before closing up again
I know that it's been some time but I just found this. There's an option on developer opts that allows you to see crash reports. This is what I get. I know this might not be the place to ask about this. But as it only happens with pirated / modded apks, support forms wont help me.

Yes. It seems that MIUI has this feature disabled (at least, I can't find it), though I think there's a developer option about that. Anyways, I'm thinking of installing a custom rom because MIUI is cool but has a lot of problems. I'll update if I find the developer option I was talking about.
It's not an architecture problem, as I said, I downloaded the same game from the same web and the modded one crashes while the normal one didn't. I don't understand...
This actually worked, thank you. I've located the save files now. Now what, I copy it and (in case the reinstallation of the game deletes those files) just paste it?
Yes, I was planning to download the new version from gog games. But when I installed the game I didn't think about gog games at all, when searching for games I often go directly to DODI.
Could you explain this Sandboxie method? I don't understand, what do I have to upload?
