  • No I meant that only half joking. I know it's horrible. Am old friend got them because her apartment building got completely infested. She told me she threw out all her furniture and washed all her clothes and linens with some special soap. The look on her face told me it was a nasty experience.

  • I read Fox along with lots of other sources and I've found that by and large when it isn't political Fox isn't as horrible as you're making it out.

  • That's funny because I know very few people who use messaging apps (e.g. Whatsapp). PRI much everyone I know uses the preinstalled sms app

  • So anyone's who's even just a little bit better off than you is fair game? If you have a bicycle but your neighbor has two then you can freely steal his bicycle?

  • This was a problem that I had never even heard of before. Ugh. It seems like ecologically it's just bad news after bad news.

  • How do you know olive oil farmers are rich? I know a few farmers here in the US and they are not rich. Most of them are barely making it. Most actually work a job on top of farming because farming doesn't cut it on its own. What if stealing their olive trees breaks them financially? What are they supposed to do then? Go steal someone else's livelihood? Your logic is fundamentally flawed.

  • They aren't stealing food to eat. They're stealing someone else's livelihood and damaging those trees so much that they could take years to bear fruit again. Some of the trees are being cut down completely, taken away, and sold for firewood. How would you feel if someone stole your only means of providing for yourself and your family? I'm willing to bet you wouldn't be saying, "oh it isn't their fault. Unemployment is high. That's okay that I can't feed my children anymore."

  • You know someone somewhere got their feathers ruffled when they heard about a good gold toilet named America

    Edit-dang swipe to text. :(

  • If you're really interested in doing the research, there's an entire black economy on bootleg olive oil and the mafia is a big part of it. I wouldn't be surprised if Italian organized crime is involved in this somehow.

  • In sure it'll all come out in the court room. It looks like they're both sueing each other

  • I've always thought Chromebooks are pretty secure

  • Personally I like reading from as many sources as possible. I like to compare biases. You're obviously free to ignore whatever you want.

  • Fountain is a readymade sculpture by Marcel Duchamp in 1917, consisting of a porcelain urinal signed "R. Mutt". In April 1917, an ordinary piece of plumbing chosen by Duchamp was submitted for an exhibition of the Society of Independent Artists, the inaugural exhibition by the Society to be staged at the Grand Central Palace in New York. When explaining the purpose of his readymade sculpture, Duchamp stated they are "everyday objects raised to the dignity of a work of art by the artist's act of choice."
