I'm waiting for the constant big drama when it turns out Big Popular Youtuber of the Week gets accused of using/not using Ai and it turns out the oppsite is true.
Lemmy overall feels like old reddit when it was still run and filled by people who cared. Names are familiar, everyone rather(in some places) chill, and the server is on fire half the time. I forgotten what it was like to start to know people online. Reddit is too big to ever learn a name again unless its a "human" on the front page again. It's kinda nostalgic.
Are they actually going to have the spine to throw his ass in jail if he misses the payment? How long do you have to be poor before they start enforcing the law?
recommend a variety of racist books, lie about working conditions at Amazon, and write a cover letter for a job application with entirely made up work experience when asked
I used a few for my windows. Actual glass windows. They work as a stopper by wedging them in the track since they tend to slide on their own otherwise.
If they survive IPO and the shits storm that will bring, It will be the porn ban. We all know someone with a big wallet is going to push the change eventually.
I think the new preferential treatment in Googles algo will cancel out people leaving due to content getting stale.
They know it will be big backlash so they got to wait till the move is profitable. Knowing these morons though, they will do it as soon as business times brings it up.
I was thinking something like free data plan till they disable the transmitter or at least an unplug. Never bought a new car, do you agree to terms and conditions or sign a contract specifically mentioning/consenting to the tracking?
Not saying its bad info sometimes. There's a reason most of us used reddit. It just seems like its the new SEO optimized background noise now. It's not what I'm looking for, and I rather avoid the site now.
I can't wait to see tuturials. I don't know much about cars and would love to see people disable these, or perhaps do something malicious. Not that I have a new enough car yet, but I know one day it's going to be unavoidable.
I honesty can't search a damn thing and not have Reddit be the first result. I basically been using AI over search to fix things... probably as intended.
That or google bought a lot of shares ahead if IPO.
