  • I wish someone had told me what Journey was about so I could have avoided it. I went in blind and didn't enjoy it at all. It was a cool concept but it wasn't for me.

  • I have the exact opposite experience. As soon as I hit the trailhead my phone gets turned off and put in a waterproof bag. I almost never take it back out until the trip is over.

    Though my wife keeps hers on hand for taking pictures so I guess I benefit from her phone being handy.

  • I've just used Ubuntu since the early 2000s. I know people have plenty of grievances with Ubuntu and Canonical but Ubuntu has always just worked for me. There is tons of documentation and the user base is so huge that it's easy to get questions answered.
