  • My favorite Cthulhu aphorism related to the mythos was:

No lives matter, and that's a fact.

  • I will hunt you for sport.

  • "Why not write Assembly then?"

Oh, here comes the genius motherfucker with the big-brain counterargument: "Well, if HTML's so great, why not just write everything in Assembly, huh?". Wow, look at you, you clever little prick. Did you come up with that all by yourself? Writing web pages in Assembly is like using a fucking scalpel to slice your overcooked steak: sure, it'll get the job done, but you're gonna look like a complete asshole while you're at it. HTML just works, you absolute tool. It's been the backbone of the web since Al Gore flipped the switch, and it'll still be here long after your trendy framework is rotting in a GitHub graveyard. So take your smartass logic and shove it. HTML's king, and you're just a peasant with a keyboard.

    🤣

  • I always hated this prick; I'm not happy about the way my contempt is now justified.

I just thought his band sucked ass. Like, pathetically awful. I never knew he was a cult leader of some sort.

    But it tracks, unfortunately.

  • Culture always reverts to brutalism in times of uncertainty.

  • Once again, I assume this was part of the deal for serving up Ismael "El Mayo" Zambada to the U.S. authorities.

  • We did evolve grandmother's.

Grandmother's what? What's implied by the "'s" after "grandmother"?

  • Neither were the original Nazis, to be fair. Stupid people tend to admire stupid people who unapologetically flaunt their stupidity.

  • Unpopular opinion: it's an annoying song, from an overrated band, centered around to 2 egotistical alcoholic douchebag brothers. The atrocious timbre of the lead voice makes me feel as if I'm listening to someone chew on aluminum/aluminium foil.

I am 41. I hated this song and this band back then, and I hate them now, even more, which I find surprising that it's possible to do so.

  • Fair point. I've only seen the phrase written as, "No masters, no slaves."
