Someone needs to start a catalytic converter rental service where in they install a caddy so you can get your emissions done and then they install the bypass when they take the unit back so that you can cheat the system and look legit. /s

See, you just don't know enough about the Dunning-Kruger effect. I happen to be well researched on the topic as I read the Wikipedia page once. Allow me to tell you all about it.

They can be anything, even asphalt. Concrete, gravel, dirt.

Bikes won't wear asphalt or anything else as fast as a high speed multi ton vehicle will though.

That's a great solution actually, you should de-emphasize cars and put in more trains and infrastructure for local individualized personal vehicles like bikes, ebikes, electric scooters, and even pedestrians.

I have silicone reusable bags I found at Goodwill. I use them for leftovers and sous vide. They're great.
