I lack one thing from windows' alt+tab, the ability to keep the alt+tab view while pressing alt+canc or alt+q to close that window.

Yeah there are schematics from framework, I don't think they are full though. But last thing I heard was from a while ago, so they may be more complete nowadays.

Oh I didn't know, but I would think that you could regoogle it

as I said, you can buy a Fairphone that isn't degoogled, the degoogled version is an option is not mandatory. If you have those requirments but still want to use a Fairphone, you can buy one that fullfills them.

You can also use normal android on it, it does come with stock option too
