And everybody supporting apple are just those who are deeply invested into that closed ecosystem. If apple dies out for any reason, they are screwed because their products are bricked without apple.

  • If its a common known website ( like youtube, instagram, imgur.... ) then its all good not to say anything but if you do a neiche or a unknown link to a platform only few people know, it should be clarified where and what it leads to. In your case a forum post about a discussion about you and someone else.

  • You just simply send a random untrusted link. And we are currently VERY harsh on random links send here. If its youtube yeah of course we know its a video. A link to google yeah its a google. But a random link we as an admin dont want to check whats in there and we will just remove it, if we cant determine otherwise it. ( the link is just a java maven repository )

  • this is you? You DID NOT say you can daisy chain battery packs, you said you can plug it from a usb-c into a wallsocket. I cant decide if you are a troll or just ignorant.

    Now you say, you can directly charge the Vision pro with an external battery pack, but who has a lightning connector? and who really builds that?

  • I meant directly to the headset, of course you can dangerously daisy chain another battery pack with usb-c to the battery pack ( thats a possible fire hazard btw, so please dont try it out thx )

  • I will give it to @ji17br@lemmy.ml, it IS possible to Daisy Chain a usb-c battery pack to the actual battery of the apple vision pro, but that is a fire hazard, do NOT try it. But i still dont get it if he is just a troll, or a apple fanboy who cant read because everything can be read through siri?
