Kimcartoons and watchcartoononline are pretty good options if u wanna stream them. There are repos available for these websites in cloudstream. With cloudstream u can actually download it to ur device
Ive been using mega for over 6 years already, haven't noticed a problem at all. If u are fed up of their downloads/uploads limit, theres an opensource project on github called (Megabasterd) , it allows u to download any amount of size of contents hosted on mega cloud for free without paying up for their subscription.
U can additionally use proxies(proxyscape) to speed up ur download speeds upto 100s of mb/s.
Isn't Usenet been there forever now? I've observed it for so many years. But I'm not sure whether the newsgroups have all the up-to-date content available like the private trackers have? I download a lot of REMUX files.
Myanonamouse and audiobookbay are great places. If u are looking for an app, check out AudioAZ.
I'll leave this link to you

Airvpn and mullvad according to my experience have served me pretty well. Mullvad seems to have disabled something related port forwarding recently. I've been using airvpn, and if u don't mind its slightly old school interface, its the best option(and its pretty cheap as well).
Been using Garuda Libux (Kde plasma)distro based on arch family and have loved it so far. Also has some cool gaming emulators, compatibility layers options too
Yep it still works very well. And the project too is still in very active development.
