Oh they're by no means bad cameras, it's just that in my experience Samsung cameras tend to be the best, as far as phones go. My wife has a fancy DSLR that just collects dust because her phone camera blows it out of the water (meanwhile there's me with my Motorola that I quite like, but the camera is a potato)

The legal difference would be intent; are you trying to access the website, or are you trying to bog it down? Proving intent can of course be difficult, but OTOH I don't know how much longer American courts are going to care about silly things like proof

Definitely not, the filters are plastic. Joint butts will generally be biodegradable though, as paper/cardboard filters are more common there.

Putting a lit butt into a regular trash can is a fire hazard, but as long as you put it out first it's fine

We would need new reactors, since the CANDU is specifically designed to not breed weapons-grade material...but in order to design a reactor like that, we necessarily must also have the expertise to design one for the opposite reason. Biggest issue is probably construction time
