Kind of, I don't mind the surface being procedurally generated but the landmarks themselves are empty.

Finding a dungeon in Skyrim means a unique layout, rewards and maybe a quest. In Starfield landmarks can't be unique because they need to populated too many planets but they are also empty, there is never anything worth grabbing or finding inside.

I like it so far, planetary exploration and the ship are the biggest letdowns.

I get the feeling that it would be a much better game if they just focused on what they are known for being good at, interesting maps and immersive worlds.

Guys, this is literally just a tech demo made in Unreal, it's not news.

If this is such a big issue then Bethesda should make it a top priority to fix it, it does sound like a complicated issue though.

Biggest issue right now seems to be moderation being difficult due to federation.

I think, once that issue is tackled, we'll see Lemmy grow more naturally.

Same here, I started out in Beehaw but left to a smaller instance because of all the defedersting. This way I have a feed with all the instances I like mixed together.

It really should, the Series S is already looking dead and we are only at the beginning of the console lifecycle.

This was going to happen whether Starfield was a masterpiece or complete garbage.

A lot of people also seem to not know that you can't just spend 80% of your budget on a graphics card and buy whatever CPU you can afford with whatever is left.

Anything inside the EU makes it really easy, people without citizenship need to go through a lot of paperwork to get a blue card.

The easiest way is probably to find an employer willing to sponsor you but that visa only lasts as long as you have an active job so it's still not ideal.

It sounds like you should play Skyrim.

The biggest advice I'd give is that you understand beforehand that you are going to a place with a different culture and should try to adjust the best you can.

This means learning the language, respecting their rules, etc. It's a bit overwhelming at first but after a few months it starts feeling natural.

Germany overall is great if you want a place that is tidy and like having a large set of rules that make sure everything works the way it's supposed to.

Yeah, but maybe they should wait until the game is out before bashing it.
