America would have to have a good reputation prior to trump for your point to stand. Think about why your life was so easy before. How many people had their lives made harder so you could have your easy life? America itself is an overvalued stock.

They had that cool with saber where it had the little sabers coming out sideways like a hilt, maybe those could be rigged to fire blasts instead!

Well I was making an attempt at humor there, maybe not entirely fair. I do remember descriptions around feasts and stuff like that being overly long, but they might not have included descriptions of mundane objects like I was implying.

This is all based on my weak memory, but I read maybe half Robert Jordan's wheel of time and dont remember having the same issue. I can't remember why I didnt finish the series though, so maybe it was a bit too drawn out for me after all.

Sounds like if a lightsaber could also shoot blasts out the end, there wouldnt be a downside. Is there any lightsaber blaster combo devices in star wars history?

The first book is worth it for sure, the rest are skippable though honestly. The first book came out before all the attention and pressure and money.

I'm with the OP, I gave it a shot but the songs and poems were a negative for me too. I just started skipping them, and also skipping most of the giant paragraphs detailing what a broom looked like or how a piece of ham glistened or whatever.

The first book of twilight was far more compelling to read than the first book of LOTR. It almost felt like I was being trolled with how many pages are spent describing mundane nonsense in LOTR.

Followed by two more pages describing each piece of food on the table in as much detail as possible.

Lotr was clearly written when people had more time on their hands.

Or you could just admit there is no objective truth when it comes to art. Maybe you are arguing tabloids are technical writings while Shakespeare wrote pieces of art?

It'd a status thing. If you feel shame or whatever buying cheap kids clothes from walmart, cause other parents will judge you or something, then you would feel better shopping at target. Its a way of saying "we aren't poor". I think people that dont associate their identity with items like that dont see the appeal of target.

I'm like you, its too expensive and they have a poor selection of groceries.

Electric cars are not the savior we all want them to be anyways. The dudes just a conman. People are right for being shocked he scammed people over and over for years and kept getting more and more success for it. It shouldnt work that way, but apparently americas premier product is the conman given how much money they are worth to others.

I agree woth everything you said but want to add that leaving big open spaces can be an effective design choice. Compare botw to totk and the ambiance changes drastically due to this.

Correcting course is a good thing. If elon were to change course and spend all his energy ending world hunger or something, I wouldnt shit on him for it. I dont think it will happen with him, and if it did it would take years before I'd believe it was earnest, but we should allow people room to grow and change based on prior mistakes.

All that said I'll most likely not play shadows. Assassins creed as a whole is somewhat stale. Ive ridden that ride so many times.
