  • The U.S is the primary supporter, and they dont acknowledge courts "they are not party of". Bush removed the US in 2002.

This is good for the rest of world, and for posterity, but it's not going to have an immediate impact. The main supporter of isreal doesn't recognize the court.

  • That's why I said she is definitely using her position to make money.

What i've said many times now is she does it through policy, not through robin hood. If everyone would just wake up and stop asking for laws to keep them off robin hood, and start asking for laws to keep them out of the money entirely so they have no incentives to help corporations for personal gain (through their portfolio managers).

  • That they can't really use because they don'tanage their portfolios. What they can do is make policy that benefits them instead of the other way around, that's why they shouldn't be allowed to trade stocks.

Now what happens is you say they are inside trading, they say "impossible we don't manage our stocks" and everyone goes in circle. Stop attacking the part where they are gaming it by managing stocks, and instead focus on them not being allowed to trade in general, for a multitude of reasons.

  • A person like that doesn't handle her own portfolio, and their trades are public. Nothing prevented you from trading the exact same stonks they did.

Politicians shouldn't trade because they can still manipulate the bigger picture, favor corporations and move the economy a certain way. Not because they are sitting on Robin Hood at night making money.

  • Pretending there isn't 2 groups is just stupid. Thinking that having 2 groups immediately means they are sub-human and warrant death is a conservative view point. Normal people understand that there will be disagreements, and it's not out of hate.

They had to add "death, police, just hate sir" example to make it extreme, so they can pretend they are validated in their own hate.

  • This is exactly the point. He can say he loves project 2025, then say he's never heard of it and his base just take it as a secret message to fuck shit up because trump is "just pretending it doesn't exist to play the politics". He can randomly spew X person is callling the shots at any time to send the media on a rampage.

There needs to be accountability, there was a time where politicians pretended they weren't lying/gaslighting/ragebaiting/sealioning/dogwhistling or whatever, Trump brought all these to normalcy.

  • Youre forgetting they get to decide what the excel looks like. Even if it costs them 5$ per person to get 1$ from them, all they need to show is the excel with employee costs going down to call it profit. The expenses paid out to friends and politicians "need to be spent anyway" so it's not reallt "a loss".

You should see the P&L of these companies and how they twist themselves into knots making the line go up

  • Newman was represented in the lawsuit by New Civil Liberties Alliance (NCLA), a public-interest law firm linked to conservative backers that focuses on the so-called “administrative state.”

I doubt she appealed because she wanted to, she's too old and confused to care imo. But plenty of conservatives have incentives to get this through the courts so they can have more precedents to keep the geriatric government going.

For years people passed on the torch when they got old, but this shitty boomer generation feel like they're special
