Around these parts we have a couple of more affordable options but most of the big fast food chains have become $10+ meal bullshits. If the meal is over $10 I might as well go pay the same in a non-fast-food restaurant with a pick up order. But Jack's (burger/chicken store) and Taco Bell still have meal deals for $7 or less.

Fountain drinks are a big ripoff, so you can save a bit by not ordering a drink if you have your own already.

Instead of a burger meal for $11 from bullshit fast food places I can buy a large entree of Mexican food for $8 to $9 before tax from a real restaurant. Chinese restaurants locally are similarly priced. I can get Mexican or Chinese takeout to feed the whole family for under $50

Speaking of "informers" I was thinking that one of the best ways to resist these Trump nazis is for citizens to band together and expose their activities in real time. For example I saw a post about ICE spotted on the move in a city recently - a "heads up" for any residents there.

We need to be posting their movements and activities to the non-nazi social media platforms and such to help whoever we can.

Because Tiktok pulled the stunt this weekend to kiss his ass, blocking the app preemptively for the USA and crediting Trump with "saving" it with the popup message. This would be most disruptive to the propaganda pushers on both sides of the globe, and piss off the most people against them.

That guy is actually amazingly pathetic. It's just baffling how a middle aged man could have all the fuckin' money in the world and be so needy for attention as to posture as a video game champion through cheatery and such.

A normal person without major psychological problems would probably just donate a lot of that money to charity and then fuck off to enjoy a life of luxury without trying to be Everything and meddle in everybody's business. It's just like watching a James Bond movie villain in real life.

The most annoying phone thing to me is Zoomers / teens / old people / anyone with videos and music playing from their shitty little phone speakers in public. A lot of kids seem to be phone and tablet addicts and don't comprehend the noise they're making is bothering others.

But a few notification sounds is nothing. It's all about the quantity and duration and volume. Personally I don't put my phone on Silent or Vibrate unless I'm in a quiet public place like a movie or an office - but I also control all notifications with a heavy hand, not allowing any bullshit apps notification permission unless it's an important direct communication.

That's cool I suppose. I also can't get past the garbage portrait video format that everyone uses. People should pay attention to the names of those orientations, Portrait and Landscape, as they are a good indicator of the proper usage.
