I was very into /b/ from 2003-2009. It was extremely impactful in my formative years.

I’m glad I left when I did.

Computer classes were AWESOME when we’re on Windows XP and they just taught basic computer skills and typing. I had a war for the desktop background with a kid from another class. They always switched it to something they wanted, but it was MY station, dangit!

…so I edited the registry to remove the background tab from display settings. I WIN!

Thank you for this! Sounds a lot like when we’d go see Tipper’s chill morning sets. I’ll definitely check out more of this!

Bahahaha I used to trip all the time. I’m old now and have chilled out, but my partner and I will still roll face a couple times a year and get all weeeeeird with it.

I just looked him up and Thriftworks has some albums I’ve never heard. “Quantico Jack” has immediately been added to my list. It’s perfect. I love slow, deep, organic, raw sounding stuff.

Tipper’s “Broken Soul Jamboree” and Thriftworks’ “Fader” are the two main albums on our fucklist!

Electronic stuff like Tipper or Thriftworks is excellent.

Nahhh that’s insane. A recent 1440p/144+hz monitor is a fantastic choice and it doesn’t know how to connect to the internet.

I wish I could have explained. My partner found it HILARIOUS that I was flustered.

I quoted her saying “muchos importante” in front of someone who natively spoke Spanish and they corrected me saying “muy” and I was too high to explain that I was quoting a character from a cartoon who spoke bad Spanish but taught as a subst…. Aaaaaaa I hate this memory I felt so dumb

Fair! I’ve had mine forever and I never updated my D4V2 from original, and it has never failed me.

It is A LOT though. I use like seven features of its million. When I first got it I was like “how tf does one button make a million features happen”

HYPE! I didn’t play the demo cuz I didn’t want anything revealed. My partner and I will be picking this up right away today! I hope your new game sees great success!

Oh hell yeah! I like you. One of my biggest peeves is reviewers rating something a 6/10 as “okay but kinda bad.” For me, a 5/10 is a serviceable game that I enjoyed, but has some flaws. Not until like 4/10 do I rate “really flawed and needs much work”. I have tons of 5/10 games I really enjoyed.

I think I have three or four 10/10 games period, reviewers throw that out like parade candy!
