No. Appraisals and tax assessments have a land value and a “structural improvement” values. Both of these are added together for the purchase price.
If there’s a building on the land that’s not derelict and has utilities- it’s almost always going to be worth more than the land value by itself.
There are def certain zip codes and/or a very large plot of land with a single house on it where the inverse is the case (land being worth more than improvement) but that is not the norm.

Soda specifically - is something we should be looking closer at in relation to sugar abuse. The number of kids and young adults I see quaffing giant plastic cups of fountain drinks is alarming.
I never said this guy has mental illness and THAT’s why he did it. In fact I never even mentioned mental illness at all. I personally hate that term and never use it myself because it implies something is wrong with people who are having negative feelings or intrusive ideation.
The systemic issues in this country are vast and depressing and they def need to be solved. I’m not in anyway trying to dismiss them.
We can’t solve these issues if everyone is approaching them from angry defensive or defeated positions.
Getting everyone access to comprehensive mental health I would argue is the FIRST step at solving the systemic issues in the world because it will help people learn appropriate and valuable ways to cope with negative feelings.

Everyone will need a therapist at some point in their life for one reason or another and right now it costs way too much or carry’s too much of a stigma for people to consider it.
If people don’t find ways to adequately deal with their negative feelings they act out. Sometimes I horrific ways.
If they aren’t going to pay mods who are they planning to pay to make sure bots aren’t gaming the system? This is going to fail hard and we’ll see another influx of disgruntled migrants when they take it away.
Modern definition of Organic as it pertains to chemistry is any compound that contains BOTH hydrogen AND carbon.
Edit: Vitamins in general including absorbed acid are organic compounds because they contain both carbon and hydrogen atoms.
