Moonshine, home made whiskey, the term bootlegger was made for someone who smuggled alcohol. The freeloaders were now the only people who had alcohol, and the government really didn't like that, so they literally began poisoning alcohol to get people to stop drinking. Eventually, the government had to give up because they were loosing money just by banning alcohol. The freeloaders ensure that if something like alcohol is banned by the government, it will not stop people from enjoying it.
No, those are more like kit kats. Pop rocks were little candy crystals that you would put on your tongue and they would jump off you tongue and make a pop or crack sound.
I remember on a show (I forget what it was, but its related to court cam but with active police answering calls), and a baby (Im pretty sure it was a 3 year old) somehow got ahold of a gun, got outside of the apartment, and was aiming it a doors.
