When apple did them they were seen as reasons not to buy iPhones, now everyone has copied them it's no longer a factor in whether you buy an iPhone or not.
No, it means the AI is unable to actually think. It can't recognise when it's saying things it shouldn't, because it can't reason like we can. The AI developers have to put a bunch of gaurd rails on it to hopefully catch people breaking the system but they'll never catch them all with such a manual system.
I wonder how much of this is fulfilment of old orders (prior to Musk ruining his public image). It'd be interesting to see a chart of the amount of orders they're getting rather than cars they're shipping.
Literally not how the justice system works lol. You have to prove them guilty beyond reasonable doubt (surely you've heard this phrase before), which means 100% proof. If you commit a crime and there is ANY doubt, you will get a not guilty verdict. You say it yourself in this reply, that he could be innocent. Nobody is arguing that. He could also be guilty and we may never know for sure.
lemmy.blahaj.zone has defederated from lemmy.nsfw if you don't mind changing instances. The local tab has a lot of queer content tho if you're not into that (but you can just ignore that tab and use All or Subscribed, of course).
Not guilty means there's some doubt, no matter how small. The jury could be 99% sure he did it and (by the book) he should be found not guilty. It's almost impossible to prove something like this, so stuff like this frequently gets not guilty verdicts regardless of whether they actually did it or not.
Their operating system setups, like in the picture above, Linux is extremely customisable so you can make some really aesthetically pleasing operating system setups if you're willing to put some time and effort in.
