Finally got rid of telegram, congratulations to me

  • I can't speak for the privacy scene but in my country it's pretty popular merely because of anonimity (which boils down to not having to use a phone number) and Discord-like server/groups. For porn and other NSFW content, it is pretty popular.

  • It is Google's. Google uses it on Google products that aren't Android. Such as Google Chrome for PC. It got a MD3 update.

  • I'm pretty sure the reason why it doesn't use Material Design is to protect it's own branding. Material Design is Google's after all.

  • I personally think that this merely a miscommunication on Leah's part. If I were you, I would just let it go. From what I understand, Leah remade the patch herself so no work was stolen?

    Sure you might feel wronged for being told to wait for a week and that's natural! But as I stated, this was just a miscommunication in my opinion.

    This situation is not worth stressing yourself over. You're salty over Leah calling your work "shit"? Work/study harder and improve upon yourself. If I were you, this is what I would gather from all this.

    Also, Leah saying "Accepy my authority" is pretty ironic for someone in the FOSS community.

  • I personally think this might be a "vote with your vallet" situation. Signaling to Google (and to other manufacturers) that people appreciate openness in their smartphones. Knowing Google though, it's unlikely they will get it.

    I personally think Elon Musk acquiring Twitter and turning into X (a.k.a Elon's Ego Masturbation center) was pretty good for us.

  • I personally use Phonograph Plus although it has it's own share of issues. The best one in my opinion was Vinyl Music Player but it had some issues with SD cards.

  • Yes I do have a brother. I like him even though he's not exactly a bright person.

    But I wouldn't classify this as a "complex". Perhaps I should have explained it further. When I meet a new person, let's say I saw them in a hallway and decided to talk and vice versa, I talk about philosophy, books, art, humanity's issues etc. (Not pretending to know about those) But after we split and see each other again, I talk about stupid/pointless stuff. Such as "If I were a tree I would drop my apples on random people's heads"

    I never bring up philosophy and stuff unless they bring it up or there is something around us that reminds me of it.
