You don't have to use AI to generate everything. You could have it only replace certain aspects of your workflow. Ex: You could use a tool which looks at the 3d model you created/bought and then have it create a texture based on your prompt: https://github.com/FrederikHasecke/diffused-texture-addon

As others have mentioned, a consistent style will be an issue with AI generated... Anything.

There are ways to fix this. Either fine-tune your own model or create a Lora that will force the result to be consistent. You would need to learn how to do this by feeding it your own drawing style.

Copyright will always be an issue, it's on you to make sure that any result from the model does not infringe on anything (ex: asking it to make you an image/model that looks like Pikachu is certain to draw the attention of Nintendo's lawyers).

From what I understand, an art "style" can not be copyrighted, but definitely do some research on what could still happen. For instance, look at how Nintendo has reacted to Palworld, they can't sue them for using a similar style, but (in Japan at least) they can go after them for using specific game mechanics such as "throwing a ball object to have a creature appear where it is thrown".

There's a section near the bottom about how to install and you'll also want to read through the documentation on how to use it.

What's not in the instructions: First, you'll need to have Python installed, then you'll be able to execute that command to download/install the module.

At a quick glance, this is some software that you install on a computer, then you connect your phone to it and execute the command to perform a scan.

You'll want to get comfortable with using a terminal window or PowerShell/CMD prompt, etc.

You may need to look up some commands on how to change your directory to the root directory of the phone before executing any scans.

Unfortunately I can think of one company in particular that uses tinyurl when you sign up for shipping updates on their website (looking at you Samsung!).

At least with that one:

• you know you signed up for it
• they send a text right when you sign up for it
• they use an official short SMS (5 digit) number.

Ah, thanks for the explanation. The clickbait thumbnails I'm used to are the ones where they show an image of something crazy that never actually occurs in the video itself.

That's a shame, they make fun of how game companies are just enshittifying their products.

How is it a click-baity thumbnail? All of the characters in the thumbnail were in the video. I must be out of the loop on some obvious thing they are referencing with that picture.

Personally, I downvoted this because it's a community for technology related news and I just don't think it fits the kind of content that we should be seeing here.

Bad Pathfinding:

• Allies: aren't getting stuck anywhere near as often at my base compared to what they were doing near launch. I haven't noticed it recently, but they likely still get stuck depending on how complicated your base gets. Beyond that, any pathfinding is fairly basic, they're not smart about it.
• Enemies: I've seen them navigate through trees and up simple mountain trails when they're running away from me. And if you attack them, and hide up on a nearby cliffside they usually just get stuck at the cliffside below you trying to walk into the wall.

Dumb/Static enemy behaviour:
Yeah this is still very basic. They usually stay in the same place unless they are running away, chasing you, switching targets, or using an ability that forces them to move. It's trivial to just hide behind a tree or a boulder and attack them until their health is low enough to catch. They won't actively try to adjust their angle of attack to compensate for objects between you and them.

Character clipping issues:
The only player structure I still have clipping issues with is one structure meant for increasing your storage/showing off pals at your base. Even then I only saw one player get stuck in it once recently. But he was probably jumping around on top of it for that to happen. It's rare to see issues at the level we saw at launch.

Really weird physics issues:
The one I can remember off the top of my head was where an attack could launch a character up into the stratosphere and then they would fall and instantly die when they finally hit the ground. I haven't seen anything like that in months.

I think that's a fair question given how it initially launched.

I'm no longer falling through the map. I can't remember the last time that happened (except for the early days of the game).

I've only seen other players joining my world getting stuck inside of rocks when they initially spawn in, but you can just get out by spawning a pal that you can mount right next to the rock that you're stuck in. Edit: Note: This bug is rare and doesn't happen often anymore.

I looked through a few articles but couldn't find anything about a term that would shutdown Palworld just because Nintendo won the lawsuit.

The worst case scenario would be something like Palworld having to change their "Pal Spheres" into "Pal Cubes" or prisms, or something similar.

Man, the toys invented around that time are the best.... But that's probably all you're really paying attention to at that point.

And for kids now? Well they have things like Skibidi Toilet to keep them occupied.

But for a more serious answer I think that's when they're in their most creative mindset and everything is new to them and they're learning how things work.

Obviously the exact age at which someone starts to take an interest in tech is going to be different from person to person. For me, I was a fan of reading popular science magazines at a younger age as well as manuals on all of the different setting/functions/features of operating systems...
