  • Yes comrade, I too envision Zelensky personally pressimg a gun to the temple of every Ukrainian that refuses to get drafted. What a despicable behavior, to make out the victim of an invasion to be the perpetrator.

There is exactly one person that can end the invasion with the snap of a finger, and that person is Putin.

  • Woah… Holy shit, you actually said that… “kidnapping, torturing, killing” - literally what Zelensky’s regime is doing.

So you want to sell me one incident that is acknowledged and is being investigated as a gotcha to discredit the systematic and widespread torture the Russian state is employing? You really are dense.

Woah, other regimes are also gasing people and trying to set their cars on fire? They must be good ones.

And again, you want to sell me one incident that is being investigated as a gotcha to the illegal and widespread use of tear gas by Russia in this war? Not beating my accusation there, you are.

  • "Save lives" are you dense? Russia is kidnapping, torturing, killing and deporting Ukrainians in the occupied regions on an industrial scale. Every time Russia retreated, mass graves and torture cbambers were found.

Ukraine is conscripting Ukrainians like any other country that has been attacked before it has done. The west could have equipped those poeple. The west could have trained those people. In fact, most Ukrainians that are currently dodging the draft are saying that they would let themselves get drafted, if they were properly equipped and trained. It's in the west's power to do that. They just don't want to. Also, you just conveniently ignore the absolutely horrific losses the Russians are having with theirmeat wave assaults. But I guess in your world view, Zelensky is responsible for that too.

  • Xi can disappear anyone he doesn’t like

Is actually what I wrote. But I get it, I wrote two whole sentences, that's a lot of information right there. And if you're not happy with the BBC, go look for other sources then. Like I said, using search engines isn't illegal yet. I certainly won't waste my time looking for a source you deem impartial.

  • I like the conspiracy theory that the MCDonalds worker doesn't exist and is just a front to hide illegal government surveilance, the likes Snowden warned about. I hope Snowden is well, all things considered. That man deserves peace of mind, hard to come by when you're stuck in Russia.

  • I always hate love to see the selective fearmongering the "anti-war" faction engages in. Russia keeping going after overtaking Ukraine and starting wars with other european nations? Fearmongering! Russia glassing the world with nukes if they can't get Ukraine? Credible threat!

  • Maybe I worded my post badly, I never claimed that you shouldn't get vaccinated for covid. I just remember articles about researchers warning that ot may be a mistake to synthesize the entire covid spike protein for the vaccination, because there is a risk of the body developing immunity to the spike protein in such a way, that an endogenous protein is also detected, which then leads to an auto-immune disease.

This is one paper that I found that talks about what I heard back then.

    https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/35028901/

Moreover, the spike protein appears to share antigenic epitopes with human molecular chaperons resulting in autoimmunity and can activate toll-like receptors (TLRs), leading to release of inflammatory cytokines.

But apart from that, I only brought up covid to underline that the long-covid symptoms are the prime example anti-vaxxers point to when defending their decision not to vaccinate. And those long-covid symptoms are likely triggered by an auto-immune disease, which is likely triggered because of malformed covid-detection proteins that erroneously flag endogenous proteins as malicious as well.

So my point is, if the long-covid symptons are responsible for pushing anti-vax into the mainstream, then an auto-immune disease triggered by mirror-pathogens will break humanity.

  • Just to put that in perspective for me, anti-vaxxers world wide have used the adverse effects the original covid vaccines could have to drum up support for right-wingers in many countries. In my mind, the covid cospiracies are one of the prime reasons why right wingers are so popular today.

As far as I understood, the reason why adverse effects could occure when being vaccinated (they could also occur if you get covid btw, so you are no safer not getting vaccinated), is because the spike protein was similar enough in shape to a protein the body uses. And if you are unlucky, your body develops an immunity response to the spike protein in such a way, that your body-own protein also triggers that immunity response.

So with covid, we already have an example of what could happen if similarly-looking proteins are used by viruses or bacteria. If I have gotten this correctly, the world would not survive an outbreak of the 'mirror flu'.

  • In my opinion, just like humanity is taking more from nature than is sustainable and in turn we create climate change, modern capitalism takes more from workers than thei can sustain. And just like climate change is not something that happens suddenly, but is more like a slow slide towards doom, the tone in society is steadily getting rougher, until something breaks.

  • Hmm, that seems like a good start, but sadly pretty broad and incomplete. On the top of my head, I can recall an incident where Google automatically called the cops on a father, because he shared pictures of his child with a doctor. I also recall that in Germany, teachers can get in trouble currently, if they share images their pupils were sharing, with the parents to alert them. Furthermore, a scanner looking for certain triggers can be trivially circumvented by simply encrypting the images before sending them. All of those points seem to be missing from the website, which makes me question of those points I mentioned are really applicable or not.
