It absolutely is malware. The Text you see is a comment appended to the end of a command that'll download malicious software. The comment is placed in such a way that the command is out of frame.
This whole saga is only getting funnier. But the funniest (and saddest) part is that there still is a sizable portion of people who still don't want to see the ridiculousness of this situation.
Currently I'm facing the issue that on the default web client, most full-scale pictures federated from other instances are broken. They immediately show up as the broken-image-placeholder.

That's the tradeoff you have to make. Your window size is a good fingerprint, so spoofing the size makes sense. But websites that need to window size for legitimate reasons are breaking.
