Pero compasión, la generosidad y la empatía también son tus verdaderos sentimientos. Uno elige cuáles reprime y cuáles deja manifestarse... En el fondo no es que 'en realidad' ese sea tu único 'verdadera tú'.

Estoy seguro que tod@s tenemos facetas, con algunas bien feas como otras muy lindas.

Yo no me he podido desconectar all 100% por cosas que llegan a los grupos whatsapp, convesaciones y rrss indirectamente, pero desde que apliqué esa misma política me he sentido muchísimo mejor también.

Eh, it can get bad sometimes but it has its moments. I'm actually grateful for the bad times when I experience clarity. They allow me to introspect, reevaluate and grow.
