Same reason all other special coin mints happen. Personally I mostly don't care, but I'm glad they're using local gold instead of slave gold from abroad.
I don't understand the logic in concluding that eliminating a company will create jobs. Because now you have a ton of redundant roles and so a mass layoff is inevitable.
Of course I know at the end of the day it's just marketing to convince the average voter that enforcing the oligopoly is somehow beneficial.
That also sounds odd to me. I've been consistently taught in school to avoid passive voice and it was a huge struggle for me for a long time (case in point). I'm attending a college in Canada for the record.
DO NOT use WinBTRFS. It caused me some cryptic filesystem errors that I never found a real solution to. NTFS is the better option if you must have a shared disk, but I really suggest different partitions for each OS.
Don't forget about ebikes being an option. They aren't too fast or loud (legal ones anyways, just because you can buy it doesn't make it street legal). They still help close the time gap between cars and bikes in cities. I love my ebike and its cheaper to own and operate than any motor vehicle.
While that sounds good it would be extremely complex to actually implement. The only real-world feature like this is btrfs snapshots (or filesystem snapshots generally). The good thing is that snapshots only store the difference in data and so they don't have to take up much space.
Electrical tape might work better
