  • Almost worth it. I spent 20 hours getting home (Florida) from Canada, 36 hours getting home from Tennessee and 15 hours getting home from Colorado. I'm finding more and more that the airlines have little value-add and that doesn't even include the nightmare that is the TSA .

  • Funny, I said that long before this was an issue and for me it meant Christmas and New Year's. I wasn't really thinking about Hanukkah or anything else but figured hey, the more it includes, the better.

  • So strange that they think this war on Christmas (and I guess I'm Easter) is real. I honestly don't know a single person that has a problem with someone wishing someone a Merry Christmas or celebrating it in any way.

Just like guns. I have MANY democratic friends and almost all of them own guns. When Obama left office five gun laws had been passed, all of them loosening restrictions. Can't they just look something up for crying out loud?

  • The actual pressure is determined by the height of the water tower in which the water is stored. There are regulations as to the minimum water pressure for safety reasons. I'm my area the minimum pressure is 50psi. The government, at least to this point, had pretty good regulations regarding pathogens and stuff so these rules apply, as others have suggested, to the flow and capacities of various plumbing fixtures.

  • You're right. Probably you would see one. But a lot of people just go to work and go home and go to work and go home. It is possible not to see one in person for a long time, but admittedly maybe not 10 years. Seeing it on the news is a different thing. I meant in person. I've seen them many times but, for instance, the last time I saw one, I was playing putt putt golf and they had some babies in a little pond out front that you could feed (436 in Orlando actually). So not, you know, in your house, or under your car. I've lived here virtually all of my life and never once had one surprise me in my swimming pool, in the yard or anything like that. That's what I was actually referring to. Should have been more specific.
