  • You just reminded me that's it's illegal to have a tracking device on someone's car without their knowledge. If you buy a car second hand and they are tracking you , then that's probably against the law.

  • It actually is a problem in my semi rural town. There is a small city ~15 miles away with a lot more resources and there's a handful of homeless who won't go there, even when there's a blizzard.

  • Many areas in the u.s. are spread out pretty far. If the office isn't open when I get off of work then I can't pick it up. There's a lot of post offices, even small towns have one, so that's not such a big deal. Amazon, FedEx, and UPS offices are few and far between. I couldn't even tell you where I found pick up one of their packages in my area.
