  • I love buying books. I love books in general. And I prefer a physical copy. Sure, I've read e-books, listened to audiobooks, but nothing beats having a physical book in my hands. I don't care about second hand value because I will either keep it or give it away.

Btw, your ideal subscription model is literally a library.

  • I have no doubts Max would go back to F1 eventually. I don't think any other types of race provide as much adrenaline and competition as F1. He'll do some endurance racing, some rallying, he might even have a crack at the Daytona 500, and when he did all that, he will close his eyes and long for an F1 car.

Because nothing gets a racer going more than sweeping through Eau Rouge at 280km/h, barreling through the chicane to curva grande flat out or taking the final corner in Monaco so fast you hit the wall yet still take pole.

  • Melatonin stimulates your bodies vitamin D creation, which makes you tired when it gets dark. It's not a magical bullet to solve insomnia, but it helps sleep regulation for people who don't get enough sunlight. You still need some sunlight though, just less.

  • I second kagi. Have been using it for almost a year now and I will stick with it. I switched from google to ddg some years ago to ddg before, but kagi is simply better.

A colleague also uses it and is also very satisfied with it.

  • I rewatch The Hobbit trilogy and LOTR (both extended) every year with my wife. I would prefer just watching a fan cut of the hobbit as I don't think those are very good, but my wife likes them and a happy wife is a happy life.

So I think I have seen LOTR at least 8 or 9 times and hobbit maybe 4 times.

That still doesn't come close to a Swanlake cartoon movie that I obsessively watched 4 times a day when I was around 5 or 6. My parents insist I must have watched it well over 100 times.
