Content creator made a video not comment section. It shouldnt be allowed to controll what people have to say about the video, its their free will. Its free speach. If you delete anyone who have something negative to say about you and leave only positive comments thats directly deceiving of your audience. For example you make video about doing something bad and 80% of people judge you but you delete them and leave only 20% of comment that say “hahaha nailed it” you are decieving your audience that will think noone had anything to say which means people are scum but in reality majority of people judged you but you have the power to silence everyone. Its the same for fake videos if i see something is fake i should have right to say hey people this is scam it doesnt work that way. For example blowing in a jar with flower wont help your nose breath better. It will just blow flower in your ies..

So what if one country doesnt agree with one specific internacional law, and doesnt want to respect it?

Well imagine this. If you live in a city where you are not allowed to speak freely on city major centar and you are alloved to speak freely in your ovn home where there is non around. Is that realy a free speach city?

So im allowed to speak freely on myown website that noone knows even exist, but im not allowed to speak freely on twiter or so called x where eweryone are..

Free speach means that twiter shouldnt be allowed to delete any coment that isnt offending someone directly.

Or if they have a power to do so than we all shouldnt use twiter. We should use some more free platform like lemmy.. Or some other, fell free to sujest.

Well its realy simple. When i sad i im not allowed to speak frely i mean this. On youtube i post a comment with my opinion not offending anyone and the youtuber delete my comment. I dont want to be on such a platform where every youtuber has a power to silence people. Dthats not fair. In second case i post a comment and youtuber doesnt mind it, but youtube itself delets my comment. Again didnt offend anyone just trying to spread the truth. And its the same for reddit and other popular platforms.

Thats why i respect Lbry, because its place where you in theory should have freedom to speak your mind and noone should have right to silence you.

Thats why i like lemmy also.

How do you mean internacional laws? Isnt the point of having ourown country to have aurown laws?

So when you sad entire platform that so many people put efort to build is just a breeding ground for hate thats ok no problem, but when i just sad you are wrong thats ofending and my comment got removed by moderaters..? Realy??

Well i didnt post only this and didnt speak only about lbry i spoke about diferent topics such as gaming so dont know how did you miss that.

Im not sure what those shorts mean but can you imagine that lemmy is forum that use people around the world..? :O And even crazyer not all of them speak english..?! :O Crazy right?? It must be some robot sent to hack us or something…

What is wrong with conspiricy theories, we live in conspiricy world my man.

Thats a platform for watching videos just like youtube. But it works in a completly diferent way, similar to torrent. Because its goal is to bring content freedom. The problem with youtube is that they directly decide what people can record and what is forbiden. If you make content that youtube doesnt like, first he will hide it so wery small amount of people can see it, second they will demonetise you, and third they will delete your video and your whole channel at the end. Just because you wanted to spread the truth. Thats why lbry is created, they call it content freedom. :)

Yea about the filters someone explained that wery well, since its open source you can have diferent aplikacions that will be used to watch videos on lbry. For example we could have lbry kids app that will allow only content for kids. But if we adults want to be able to see all we can use app that doesnt block anything. So its on us to have filter as ve like not on youtube to tell us what we are allowed to see. Because on youtube many people are banned just for spreading the truth. Thats why lbry is created at first place..

For example hardware unboxed is posting its videos on lbry so i prefer to watch him there. But there are many other interesting people there, because they are avare of youtubes censorship. And there are many videos that cannot be posted on youtube, but we are free to watch them on lbry.

Well you are hosting videos that are on lbry but its done automaticly, its not something that you have to do manyaly. You just enter the desktop aplikacion and watch videos. And rest is done on itsown. Videos that you watched you are now hosting for others to watch and thats it. You just set how much memory you want to allow app to use, so it doesnt fill up your drive and thats it.

And if you are content creator you host your videos just at first so couple of people can see them, and after that people are watching and hosting your videos vithout you doing anything.

Not at all, Lbry is open source project and it doesnt belong to company that created it. So when company got syed and destroyed financially lbry project stayed untact. Becayse we are the ones that host videos on that platform so platform stayes censorship resistant. Thats why it cannot be shut down as long as we use it. And since its open source, we are free to develop it further. :)
