This really seems like complaining that a location enabled app that explicitly shares your location with other users is sharing your location with other users. That is 100% the purpose of the app to begin with!

I only bring it up because I'm pretty sure you could argue that Harris has already adopted, insufficiently, number 5. So you may want to be more concrete about what "adopting" those policies actually means.

Kamala is the Clintonite Establishment candidate though. Biden is tied to the Obama camp, though I assume Biden and Clinton are more cordial then Obama and Clinton, as much as Obama even cares about those past grudges anymore.

This has always been the case. There is a specific way that congress can put a check on POTUS. Liberals being told how the government works and has always worked, and suddenly getting upset. I'm sure they will vote harder then they have ever voted before to fix it this time.
