Oh man, I can and do make a lot of wild things on my printer, but I can't count the number of times I've had to talk people out of this as a hobby. I've had my box for 7 years, I've completely redesigned the print head, the fan assembly, the extruders, the feed method, the bed, basically everything but the body of the printer. You are not going to drop $200 on marketplace and start printing miniatures this weekend. You are not going to replace all the hardware in your house with printed parts. You are not going to print an armory of ghost guns.

This isn't sci-fi replicators, this is at best goblin artifice.

I got to sit through a photos and editing class as a para last year and I learned so much about it! I really wish film was easier to get developed because I have this beautiful 60 year old agfamatic that I adore using and now I actually know how to adjust for lighting and angle, different framing techniques, and everything, but I still can't afford to develop the shots.

Yeah. I even wanted to include an account based scanner for loot. You'd be able to scan barcodes and qr to get loot, battles, and stuff, but after the first scan it would remember and lock that reward so you could reclaim it daily.

I imagined players keeping little collections of barcodes so you could easily reclaim useful loot and when players meet in the wild they could scan up each others collections to get codes they may hot have found in the wild.

I have to carry my phone with me everywhere I go, I want a little guy that is personal and unique to me, it gets points for stuff I do, and them I can battle with other people who have their own little guys.

Pokémon go doesn't cut it for me, the battle isn't Pokemon. The games are great but it's me playing the guy not me being the guy.

It does, but a lot of people but the pixels specifically to put graphene on it because graphene they're compatible and graphene offers better privacy and security. I'm almost certain that card theft is always an inside job. I've met a lot of people dumb enough to break into houses in my time but the number of them that would look at my magic collection and think it's worth the weight can be counted on one hand.

I'm confident that the person who does this is someone who knows the player.

It's not really children that make these price tags. Trading card games have pretty lucrative secondary markets with the values based on the cards potential in strategy and tournament play as well as scarcity.

Personally I'm a magic the gathering guy and the main reason I don't do tourney is is that I neither can nor would pay $120 for the 4 cards I need to make my deck competitive.

I was working at a local auto parts store and two of my coworkers were commiserated about how their first month they'd both answer the phones with, "thank you for calling Autozone." Instead of the store name out of reflex. We all had a laugh and I proceeded to immediately answer the next call with "thank you for calling Autozone."

I've never worked at Autozone.

I can say I've not seen a single political party try to do anything about the systemic racism and race oppression in this nation, in my life time. 8 years with a black president doesn't mean anything when the national standard is still to oppress minorities. So no, they aren't out here calling people slurs, but they certainly aren't doing anything to improve it and that makes them guilty enough.

I'm more inclined to believe it was a least awful choice. He was a billionaire. Even with all the proof against him, he was never going to be in a normal prison. He killed himself because he had dirt on someone who had keys to the box they were going to put him in and dying on your own was a hell of a lot better than what they might do.

I still hold that an Anakin did exactly what he was destined to do. At the end of the 3rd move he destroys the Jedi.
