No, he won't do it this time because he isn't going to campaign with the public. The instances he got angry with the public were pretty early in the primaries mostly. They won't let that happen this time. It will be even smaller audiences than last run (heavily vetted people) or zoom speeches from the basement.

That is the definition of no demand. Whether customers don't want your product or the price you're charging, it's the same. It's then up to your business decision which way you go from there, increase coach seats or lower the price of first class. Make the right choice and you stay in business.

It's all so ridiculous. Alec has made so many statements damning his own case. Like that he didn't know anyone was hurt until police showed up and told him like 45 minutes after. So what, he does his scene, walks off nine the wiser? Maybe she was killed instantly and didn't scream, but the other guy that was shot and didn't lose consciousness. Surely he had something to say when it happened. Nope, Alec is so innocent, he didn't pull the trigger, didn't know it fired, didn't know anyone was hurt.

Sounds just like old Twitter. Ban someone who you don't like politically. If it's causing to much uproar, day it was an accident/glitch. If it works, repeat. If not, repeat in a few weeks.

The White House press secretary has said they worked with tech companies to ban misinformation. The Twitter Files showed many government agencies giving them guidance to for the rules around covid misinformation, then giving lists of tweets to take action on for breaking said terms and conditions. Like or not what goofy things people thought about covid, the government telling them to shut down these posts is clearly against the first amendment.

For me, it was most revealing when the EU parliament got the pharmaceutical execs to admit they did not track basic stats of the vaccine. Does it prevent infection completely? If not, does it stop retransmission? Does it minimize the severity (no reaction, slight cold, hospitalized, death)? Nope, we're not tracking that.

Definitely, but we don't want everyone to just say they need medical care or an education. And not too many to overrun our healthcare/education systems. Maybe have them remain in Texas until their cases can be reviewed by an appropriate panel.

What we should do is install a wall around Texas, Arizona, etc to keep these evil governors from shipping these people anywhere else.
