I think this might be meaningless but i just wanted to say that i am actually happy for it and i am looking forward to it. I have superhero burnout, but not for this one.
Covid has shown me that a lot of parents shouldn't be.
During the period that everybody was stuck at home there was a large amount of people that found out that they don't know, or want, to raise a child and couldn't wait to get them to schools or activities just to get rid of them.
My ex used to say "you can't be expected to give up your social life just because you have a child".
My kids and I are better off now.
Just a question as a ignorant European. From what I understand he is now a convicted rapist, right? Does that mean he is entered in the sexual offenders database that you have in the states?
I would like any recommendation for things that would make pf2 easier. I love the system and I am currently playing it I have the books and read them. I used nethys and watch YouTube videos explaining the rules. But when I am playing it is just so much to keep track of in my head. I am really looking for a remastered cheat sheet or something to put on my dm screen and the best way to keep track of all my players stats for when ever I need to do a secret roll. (Doesn't help that I am currently swamped with work and try to spend as much time with my family as possible as well)
A pivotal piece of advice once shifted my perspective on work. It was put simply: 'If the thought of retirement is your main motivation, you might be in the wrong job.' This implies that if you're constantly counting down the years to retirement, you're essentially wishing for time to fly by quicker. But those years are valuable, and letting them slip away in anticipation of something else isn't worth it. The key is to find a career that reduces your stress and enhances your life now, not just in the future. While financial security is undeniably important, it's also crucial to recognize when you have enough and to prioritize your well-being and happiness in the present.
Hey :D. Yeah, I had been trying to get one for half an hour but I kept getting that error. I honestly gave up and went to walk the dog. When I came back I tried again and immediately got one. I'm expecting it now by next week. How about you, did you get yours as well?
Look, the only thing I can say is that I have no regrets :). What I plan on doing is just waking up an hour or so earlier and having some game time in the morning.
For the first time in years I lost track of time while playing a game. It was 6:15 in the morning when I thought about actually getting some sleep. Kids woke up shortly after that ¯(ツ)/¯
The wife and I once used it to keep our fondue warm.
