capitalists need a nice little guillotining to learn their true place in history

i love all three of them they're each awesome in their own way, but together they're amazing

that picture too.. look at this mass of Chinese people heads.. the implication seems to be there's just so many of them that there can't possibly be enough resources for everyone... also maybe it feeds into that old line of "you're going to have to compete with the Chinese for a job with you get older" -- a line i heard more than a few times during high school

that would require coordination and timing... who can predict when the US will collapse with any amount of certainty?

i know nothing about how the nuclear arms are operated, but i would be aghast if it were remotely possible they could be disarmed via the internet

The thing I wonder about is what that would look like. Who would take control of the 4000ish nuclear weapons and the 800+ bases around the globe? It wouldn't really be good for anyone if the US military was decapitated, and split into various factions or whatever else might happen from that point on.

I really don't know how that can work in anyone's favor without a nuke or two being used somewhere.

I think it's because the programming cuts off the ability to see that the programming isn't actual education nor does it encourage thought, but quite the opposite. So if someone disagrees it's because they have different programming and that is the only explanation. It's all brainless knee-jerk reaction.

I just got banned from mstdn.social for god knows what reason.. i haven't even signed in there in a while. Their ban e-mail went to my spam which I just so happened to check while looking for an email i was expecting to receive. There's 0 information about why, just banned and that's that.

It's nowhere near as nice as lemmy and bsky which is why I haven't used it in a while.
