What happens if the permit request is denied? Does one sue them for infringement on their rights?

It's not illegal to protest.

Especially when 90% of the features etc can be done on a $200 quest 2 or a $600 quest 3.

The graphic shows a stellar first 9 seasons, a medium next 15 seasons, and a terrible last 8 seasons... so the majority of them are medium with equal about good and bad episodes.

I have to agree, the recent seasons feel like they have a cohesive story and often even pull away from the 3 piece storyy telling they were doing between seasons 20-30.

Roku is a terrible product. It's cheap, and they have full control over every part of it and aren't afraid to exploit it to users' detriment. Like the recent user agreement changes that bricked TVs until you agreed.

I don't know if it will improve resolution or load times on ps4 since those are taking advantage of new hardware on the ps5. Might get the new mods though. Those make it look nicer imo.

Worked great on ps5 so far. It came with mods by default, shortened load times significantly, increased the resolution and frame rate. That's enough for me. Everything else is bonus.

That's why they pay us the medium bucks!

They do, and I'd love to see these laws expanded to include a ban against all algorithm manipulation. Manipulation coming from external sources is much more dangerous, even if local source manipulation is also dangerous.
