Attacks like these seem far too common in these regions. Any reason why?

Did we used to have morals and values or is society truly going down the shitter?

Wouldn't the burden of proof be on them that he purposely released it?

What if he says he didn't release it, he got compromised and his name isn't in the credits?

Why would they want that?
