  • It is, IMO. I frequently vary it by adding more crunchy things, finely shredded cabbage, nuts and seeds, a chopped pink lady apple, some lettuce leaves or more spinach, some small dried fruit pieces or any combination of those things. It's my lunchtime staple ATM.

  • Not sure, it was in a tub with darkish blue writing, I recall it was about $18. I persevered with it for a bit, used it on my legs (my skin there used to be indestructible loI) but I've since chucked it out so I can't check.

  • Thankyou! 🙂 I tell myself it won't always be this way, and one day we will have an actual whole house to live in (or I will buy an apartment or regional home and piss off) but at the moment we're living in a space that was built for one elderly person.

  • Went to the zoo with Minipeelers and Mr P. We are trying to do a "family activity" together every weekend; so far things have been quite civil really. Saw the meerkats, seals, lions, Australian section, lizards and dingoes. Tried to see the animal that smells like hot buttered popcorn (Binturong; sounds like an Indonesian beer and it looks shattered, like it spent far too much time with extended family or small children, but it really does smell like popcorn!) but being a master of camouflage it could not be seen. I wouldn't want to be seen either if I was an animal in the wild that smelled so deliciously edible!

The popcorn scented Binturong we didn't see.

Then I bought myself a tshirt of Fry saying "shutup and take my money!"

  • Ugh I hate those vacuum bag things. You cram them full of blankets or whatever and then it's heavy as to do anything with. Also got to get the vacuum cleaner out every time you want to pull out a jumper or something. I found them too much of a hassle. I was mostly using them for toy plushies, jumpers and the like. I had better luck with those supermarket cooler bags with the zip tops: just big enough for me to put a few things in and lightweight enough for me to put in and out of the top of the wardrobe. I don't know why I had so many of them, but they came in handy lol.

  • My dining table (which takes up a quarter of the lounge room) is usually half covered in craft stuff and school stuff because there's nowhere else to put it, so there's room for a couple of people to sit at the other end. There's also the couch, where the Minipeelers usually sit for meals. Mr P lays on his bed (in the next room) and eats dinner on a tray. It sounds weird but we are all no more than a few metres from each other. I don't invite people over because I don't want people to see how I live.
