I've been taking advantage of the windy hot weather to tackle Mt Washmore. I've also just made a Bolognese. What else did I do today? Oh yeah I learnt to play Ludo, which turns out to be Miniest's favourite game. I can see why, I have to admit I kind of liked it. I'll have to have another match this evening after dinner.
screams in trying to open drawers also does the dishwasher door open to where the pantry door also opens? I can't tell what that door is. It's the "I don't care because I'm not going to live here" kitchen.
Party is over and I bought way too much food and soft drink, but it won't go to waste around here I guess. Miniest's friends are all funny and nice little girls with nice mums, but I didn't get a chance to talk to them much.
We've got lots of games like various Uno ones, Throw Throw Avocado, Throw Throw Burrito, Exploding Kittens, What Do You Meme, the hit each other with fake swords one and stuff like that. I like good old fashioned monopoly but nobody else is interested. There's a heap I haven't looked at in ages, I probably should.
Miniest's non birthday party today. She wanted a get together with her besties rather than a full on party. So we're hoping to snag a spot at the local "good" park (we live closest to the "shit" park) and I'm providing plenty of cold drinks and snacks. Got to make brownies and do some quick shopping. Off I go!
"It’s possible that the mistaken belief comes from How-to-vote cards, or from parties forming coalitions or alliances in parliament."
I'm not sure where this belief comes from either, but I distinctly recall an election campaign many years ago from the Liberal Party, which went along the lines of "A vote for Independents/Greens is a vote for Labor." It was ran late in the campaign before the election and had a definite impact on the election on that occasion, I just can't remember exactly when it was. I wondered at the time how it was even legal.
My mother believed it too. I was more than happy to explain how it works simply to her, like you have here. But she was suspicious about anything I said and I could tell she just simply didn't believe me. People talk about the Murdoch/Sky News/Herald Sun/mainstream news brainwashing nowadays.. it really began a long time ago.
