I sure don't actually know how many cartels, but what you typed suggested that there's only one.

As far as my spitball number of 150, I got that from a blurb from this:

I see that 150 was their sample size, so I think I'm shy on that number, but you can argue with them, as they have more facts at their fingers than I.
