Bruh, I've worked for small companies most of my adult life. Get the fuck out of here with that bullshit. Even ceos of the small companies I've worked for are well above the standard worker in pay and monetary class.

The only place you have a point is on very small businesses that are basically not even incorporated (like my business before it went under). Even the "mom and pop" family taco joint I worked for as a young adult had that problem.

Being intellectually disabled doesn't preclude you from being an asshole, and to imply as much is kinda insulting to their humanity.

I've known many (and am related to one) intellectually disabled people, and while most of them were nice, I've met a few who were raging assholes (one of which was given an assigned seat on public transportation because he constantly bothered high school kids and the driver was sick of it). The intellectually disabled are human and aren't necessarily good people just because of their diagnosis; they're just people who have personality flaws just like the rest of us.

Not to go full 'Eternal September', but I would almost argue that around the time reddit was talked about on more mainstream platforms is around the time that reddit started going down hill. Subs started getting harder to keep on track and moderation began going off the rails.

On the plus side, shit like "le narwal bacons at midnight" started to die off too, so it wasn't all bad I guess.

Two great podcast episodes that covered Fred Hampton. Really eye opening the lengths our government went to, all to keep black people from improving their own lives. Along with plenty of other episodes from both podcasts detailing other horrendous shit out government did, including shit like bombing strikers for daring to want better conditions.

What the fuck is the point of putting "AI" into a fucking TV, other than to have something else to spy on you?
