While I invite anyone to read the source-materials I've linked-to, & see the evidence, yourselves..

Kahneman1-mind, imprint->reaction mind, ideology/prejudice/"religion"/programming, pre-vetoes it all, as it isn't within-ideology "authorized", right?

Considered-reasoning is Kahneman2 mind ( he called it "system 2", without identifying, in its name, what the hell context the "system" was meant in, which is why I don't bother with his labels ), & it actually does dig into evidence, before deciding.

Nobody "owes" .. "me", or ANYbody, really, .. considering evidence, before deciding that they "don't need to" consider any more evidence, right?

It's normal, it's done all the time, authority's better than Empiricism anyday, & that's good-enough for "normal", right?

So, whichever side your religion is on, establishment-knows-what-validity-is XOR evidence-based-knowing, .. just go with that side's habit!

What could be the cost of getting that wrong??

brought-up very differently than what mainstream Jews would have been,

didn't marry in his teens,

did study/know Eastern stuff that simply had no business being known among conventional Jews,

& left record in the East, with exactly the same attitude & message he consistently displayed within the Roman Empire in that evidence..

All I'd read about it was in the human-factors-in-aviation-incidents domain:

Your insight that taxes need to be corrected gradually is right.

Technically, each economy would have its own powerlaws for correcting taxes, regulations, etc, so in 1 economy it would be something like..

The current tax on this is a%, the all-future-costs-included tax, which makes the creators-of-those-costs pay them up-front, is b%,

so this year we're changing the tax from a% to (( 5 * a ) + ( 1 * b )) / 6

or something like that..

Always tending towards the correct rate..

That rendition would give 6y for reaching equilibrium.

The more-agile the economy, the quicker it could calibrate to truth..

The Catholicism I was brought-up in held that Pontius Pilate was basically evil, but the Christian bible which instructs this view is contradicting the evidence right in it, in its previous lines!
