If you say, "I'm of Scottish desent," or "my mother was French and my father was from Finland," it is not racist and no one cares.

We have a a Scandinavian festival nearby that has traditional food and costumes that everyone goes to. It's a few weeks after the Korean festival that everyone goes to. Neither of which are racist, they are inclusive, but celebrates a district heritage, and a great time is had by all.
