    Also invest in a good grinder.

    I started with a Haro hand grinder and it works fantastically and have upgraded to a good electric burr grinder.

  • Typically monthly or quarterly patching depending on severity and DMZ exposures. When log4j or shellshock hit it was patch once the patch was released and tested

  • Don’t see Sourcemage mentioned very often. I was a Lunar Linux user for a very long time. I wish they had binary’s. Really awesome distros they are.

    Give OpenSuSe Tumbleweed a go. I found it to be a more adult version of Arch with their build system instead of AUR.

    Right now I am using Debian as well for my servers/workstation.

  • I disagree unless there is a way for me to share my library with other people with out putting my Jellyfin server in a DMZ or exposing it ports to the internet. There is some security things I am worried about and feel like Plex is better. And I run both
