It might just be the things I go on ebay for but they've really cleaned up their site in the past ~10 years. I remember when searching for literally anything would give you results like OP's pic but I haven't seen that in years. I think i do like 80% of my online shopping there nowadays
I wish it hadn't changed, it's gotten much worse, as has much of Reddit. Like the other guy said, all the mods on MFA left last year and took the core community to Discord (apparently, I don't use Discord though). What's left is just middle schoolers and bot accounts.
Interestingly I did hop back on Reddit a few days ago on a little check-in and saw this post on MFA. Might've been the subconscious reason I name dropped it above in the first place.

I disagree. Poll after poll shows that when you strip away political buzzwords and names, the average American overwhelmingly supports left policies to conservative. The catch is that we don't have a party that actually wants to realize those policies, hence the working class break from the Dems

A lot of the old groups are still making content. Shoutouts to Bruce Greene and Lawrence (and KassemG) from Funhaus/Inside Gaming are doing a letsplay channel called BroughtYouThisThing, it's probably the only reason I get on YouTube at all anymore.
Probably the Roosterteeth community. Their content pretty much defined almost a decade of my life but the community was composed of some of the most toxic people I've ever encountered online.
Also, it's not a fandom but I used to browse an unhealthy amount of 4chan up to ~2017. Very strange crowd there
